I am now taking orders for my illustrated book, Put The Puffin Back! It's the writing of author, Teresa Puckett, married with my hand drawn illustrations. It's an adventure of a Puffin escaping his pen's confines and seeks to have a bit of fun with a new young friend, Zay, and Zay's Nanna, Tees, while they visit the City Zoo. All sorts of animals and situations are encountered by the daring trio while they hide and elude the zookeeper's nets! This is my first time illustrating a book and I paired up with a local author who is having her first foray into writing a children's book. The author, Teresa Puckett, is a grade school teacher, who originally conceived to create a book that would help her grandson with his reading comprehension and vocabulary. Now it's evolved into a wonderful visual reading romp that will be a sweet legacy for her grandson, Zay. I just hope I did it justice! Oh! And make sure that you scroll through the pictures above, because I have added a few interior pages. You can get a feel for the illustrations and a touch of the story line inside. THANK YOU for viewing and considering! Yours, C. Ruth Neudahl
