Biscotti senza burro con farina di riso e gocciole di cioccolato. Biscottini semplici e veloci da realizzare, ma tanto buoni.
Ecco un'antichissima ricetta di biscotti all'uovo. Le foto sono tratte dal blog: "ecodelgusto.com" Ingredienti 500 gr di farina 00 500 gr di farina di grano duro 200 gr di strutto 100 gr di zucchero 7 uova Finocchietto selvatico Succo di 1 limone Preparazione Questi biscotti hanno due tempi di preparazione. Il giorno prima preparare l'impasto: sbattere le uova insieme allo zucchero fino a fare sciogliere il tutto, aggiungere le farine, metà dello strutto e lavorare l'impasto, man mano aggiungere lo strutto rimanente, il finocchietto (se piace) e un po' d'olio d'oliva. Impastare fino ad ottenere una pasta liscia ed omogenea. Affusolare questo impasto come un cordoncino da 2-3 cm di diametro, tagliarne dei pezzetti e dare la forma desiderata: a bastoncino, a forma di S, a forma circolare o, ancora a forma di rosetta. Per ottenere la foggia a rosetta si parte da una sfera di pasta, su questa si esercita una leggera pressione col palmo della mano per appiattirne la superficie. Secondo la tradizione contadina di Ragusa, al centro della base superiore del tozzo cilindro così ottenuto si preme profondamente un ditale da cucito. La porzione esterna del cilindro viene invece lavorata al coltello e poi alla forbice per ottenere la forma tipica dei petali. Queste porzioni così suddivise, alla fine della cottura risulteranno rialzate creando il grazioso effetto della forma di un fiore. Intanto porre dell'acqua in una pentola capiente e aggiungere dei gusci d'uovo e 100 gr di fave sgusciate (tali ingredienti daranno ai biscotti una patina lucida) portare ad ebollizione. Sbollentare i biscotti nell'acqua il tempo necessario che vengono a galla. Scolarli e lasciarli riposare per 24 ore. Dopodichè infornare a 250° per mezz'ora circa.

Hi everyone, I've spent the afternoon playing with perfect pearl sprays and infusions. I love this shell embossing folder and have never used it in this orientation on a card before, I think it works though! I started out by embossing some 300gsm white card. This is a heavy duty folder so the cardstock needs to be strong enough to withstand not only the embossing, but getting repeatedly skooshed with liquids lol! I added blue patina, biscotti and blush perfect pearls into some mini misters, added water and sprayed. It was a pearly effect, but too pale, so I sprinkled on some jade infusions and skooshed with pearl perfect pearls, and water. I heat dried then played some more til I was happy with the effect. I ran the card back through the embossing folder a few times too as the wetting and drying affected the definition of the shells. Here's another pic of the shimmer. The challenge at Paper Artsy is to create something pearlescent. There are lots of inspiring pieces by the design team and I loved the cards by Hazel Agnew, and was inspired by her use of mica sprays.
