“Two turtle doves…And a partridge in a pear treeeeee!” Birds are beautiful creatures, and these lino birds are ready to celebrate birdhood in general, the holidays, or any fitting hallmark day you might have. The turtle doves are a classic symbol of love, loyalty and affection, and personally I sympathise with the little partridge, and his or hers generally ambivalent expression. “Two Turtle doves” and “And a Partridge…” are original hand carved linocuts, and are printed in black ink on beautiful Japanese Awagami paper. The paper measures approx. 15x21cm, corresponding to the size of an A5. All prints are limited editions, numbered, titled and signed by hand.
