It's no secret that we've got a thing for Etsy. There's really nothing you can't find on the handmade site — whether that's an embroidery hoop or their seriously chic collection of Black-owned home brands — but we truly were floored when we discovered just how many tasty treats you can find on Etsy. Sometimes we're not always in the mood to whip up things from scratch, even though we do love our online cooking and baking classes, so this baked-goods wonderland is always a solid resource to keep bookmarked for yourself and for gifts. Turkish Simit - Turkiye's Famous Sesame Bagel - Sesame Bagel * Simit (Turkish Bagel) has a long history in Istanbul and Anatolia. Archival sources provide historical information that the simit has been produced in Istanbul since 1525. What is Simit ? * In Turkey, Sesame Ring is a popular street food. Baked in a clay-oven, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, this twisted bread ring is densely laced with sesame seeds all over. It is sold everywhere by simit sellers who carry them by tray loads or in special carts. * Turkish Simit (Turkish Bagel) is generally served plain, or for breakfast with Turkish Black Tea, fresh fruit preserves, or ayran. Drinking tea with simit is a traditional breakfast method for Turkish people in daily life. Turkish Sesame Ring is a circular bread, typically encrusted with sesame seeds or, less commonly, poppy, flax, or sunflower seeds, found across the cuisines of the former Ottoman Empire, and the Middle East. * Preparing and cooking of Simit is a really critical process to get fresh, fried and crispy simit. It is made with a special rate of water, dry yeast, oil, granulated sugar, salt, flour, molasses, and sesame seeds. • You can buy Fresh and Quality Simit online with the best price. • We send you vacuumed Daily Baked Simit. • We recommend you drink Turkish Black Tea while eating Turkish Bagels. * All products are sent all over the world by express shipping.
