Welcome to week 24 of the Colour Creations Blog Hop. Each week we have been featuring one of the Stampin' Up! colours. This week we are showcasing Magenta Madness, which is one of the 2020-2022 In Colours. For tonight's card I have used the Delivering Cheer stamp set. This stamp set is in the July to December Mini Catalogue and has Christmas images that can also be used birthday cards. I stamped the skirt image and the presents image in Stazon Black ink on Fluid 100 watercolour paper. These stamps are photopolymer (clear) which makes it easy to join the two images when stamping them. I fussy cut the image with paper snips. On a piece of Basic White card stock I stamped the background image from the Artistically Ink stamp set in Smoky Slate Ink. I coloured the image with a Water Painter and Magenta Madness ink. I used a very small amount of Petal Pink ink on the arms and legs. I stamped the greeting from the Best Year stamp set in Magenta Madness and Basic Gray and then cut out the words and adhered them with Dimensionals to the card front. Inside the card I stamped just the presents by selectively inking the presents stamp, avoiding the lower present and the arms. I used Basic Gray ink so that I could colour the image with Magenta Madness Blends Markers. The greeting inside is also from the Best Year stamp set. I coloured some of the Rhinestone Jewels with the Magenta Madness Blends Markers and left some clear. The next stop in our Magenta Madness Blog Hop is the blog of the amazingly talented Rachel Palmieri If you encounter any issues with the blog links head to Catherine Proctor's blog for a complete list of tonight's participants.
