Este licor foi feito com figos pingo de mel do Alentejo INGREDIENTES: 1 kg de figos secos 5dl de aguardente 5dl de água 500gr de açúcar amarelo 2 paus de canela Colocar os figos secos ou frescos cortados, dentro de um recipiente que se possa fechar, junte a aguardente e feche bem. Deixe repousar 15 dias, agite o recipiente dia sim, dia não. Passado esse tempo, separe o liquido ( aguardente de figo) dos figos, com a ajuda de um passador. Leve ao lume um tacho com a água, o açúcar e os paus de canela e vá mexendo até começar a ferver, desligue o lume e deixe arrefecer. Junte a esta calda, a aguardente de figo, mexa bem, encha garrafas (esterilizadas)com esta mistura e vede-as bem. Coloque as garrafas em local escuro e, ao fim de quatro semanas, o licor pode ser consumido. Nota : este licor pode ser feito com figos secos ou frescos ( eu fiz das duas maneiras). Os frascos com liquido escuro é o licor de figos secos, o liquido claro é o licor de figos frescos. BOM APETITE!
