Bagdad café, la película de Percy Adlon de finales de los ochenta, se convirtió rápidamente en una película de culto (a pesar de contar con ciertas fisuras argumentales). Dirigió Percy Adlon. Interpretaron: Marianne Sägebrecht, Jack Palance, Christine Kauffman, CCH Pounder, Monica Calhoun. El guion fue responsabilidad de Percy Adlon, Eleonore Adlon y Chistopher Doherty.
