Ambrosius Benson (ca. 1495-1550) Maria Magdalena Het is bijna Pasen. Ambrosius Benson (ca. 1495-1550) Jonge vrouw in Orison leest in getijdenboek (1520) De bijbelse Maria Magdalena is vele malen geschilderd. Mobile Lovers is now on display at Bristol Museum and Art Gallery, Front Hall, Ground Floor An image of this street art work was posted on Banksy’s website on 14 April 2014. Fans of the Bristol born street artist’s work scoured the streets of the city to try and find where it had been painted. It was discovered on a wall in Clement Street, Bristol the following day. Staff from the nearby Broad Plain Boys Club removed the work safely from the wall and took it into the Club. Following intense media interest the Club has passed the artwork to Bristol Museum and Art Gallery for safe-keeping whilst its future is discussed. Here it joins Banksy’s ‘Paint-pot Angel’ which is a reminder of the hugely successful 'Banksy versus Bristol' Museum exhibition held in 2009. It will remain on view at the museum until its future is decided. Banksy’s global fame has in this instance drawn attention to the financial situation of the Broad Plains Youth Club which works with young people in the centre of the city. The Mayor had asked that people consider making a donation to the Club via a collection box, where thoughts about ‘Mobile Lovers' future could also be left. The collection has now ended. - BCC www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/art/10864981/Youth-club-boss-... — at Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery.

Dolph Lundgren was a brilliant Swedish student/athlete headed for graduate study in chemical engineering as a Fulbright Scholar at MIT when he met Jamaican singer/actress Grace Jones in 1983. For four years they were lovers. With Jones’ help, Lundgren landed a small role in A View to a Kill, a James Bond film. That movie led to his costarring opposite Sylvester Stallone in Rocky IV, the movie that won him international stardom. "The professors are waiting for the star student from Sweden," Lundgren says, "and then they see me ride past outside the window with Grace Jones in the back, all decked out in leather. They probably didn't know what was going on." After his exposure to show business and the arts, it took only a few weeks for Lundgren to rethink his academic goals, quit the program and return to New York. "I just knew it wasn't right," he says. Instead of studying engineering, he started studying acting.
