Antique coin brooch & pendant Austria: 1 Ducat 1915 Emperor Franz Joseph I Diameter 20 mm, weight with frame 8.40 grams, gold 986/1000 The historical original coin from the Austrian Empire. INFORMATION: Some gold coins of the Austrian Empire were minted over long periods of time – this 1 ducat gold coin of the last Austrian emperor was issued in 1915 and is therefore almost 100 years old. THE PENDANT/BROOCH Gold coins have always been made into pieces of jewelry. In Europe, it was mainly the coins from the Empire whose decorative value gave them a second life. The large brooch with a beautiful loop can and should also be worn as a pendant. The coin is over 100 years old! The frame of the brooch/pendant is richly designed with beautiful European goldsmith work and consists of a matte surface - in the center around the coin is a beautiful polished wreath. The frame and coin have not been polished so that the original condition can be seen.
