Cherchant à se rapprocher de Rennes, ce couple tombe sous le charme dès la première visite d'une bâtisse en pierres, en plein coeur de la métropole bretonne. La maison est une ancienne écurie classée datant du 19e siècle, doublée d'une extension plus contemporaine d'une vingtaine d'années.
