Welcome to Workshop Wednesday!! During today's live workshop on YouTube, I created three projects using Stampin' Up's! Apple Harvest stamp set. If you missed the live presentation, you can watch the replay below. All three projects are heat embossed with gold embossing powder and water colored with a Water Painter. I used Real Red, Granny Apple Green, and Early Espresso. I stamped directly on the Celebrate Everything Designer Series Paper with Versamark and heat embossed in gold. Welcome to Makeover Monday!! I used the Apple Harvest stamp set to create this card for Makeover Monday. The image is stamped twice on Fluid 100 Watercolor paper with Stazon. Next, I watercolored the images using a Water Painter with Real Red, Poppy Parade, Old Olive, Lemon Lime Twist, and Crumb Cake ink. Lemon Lime Twist ink was lightly applied to the background with a Blending Brush. Dimensions: Poppy Parade, 11 X 4-1/4, score at 5-1/2 Very Vanilla, 5-1/8 X 3-7/8 Very Vanilla, 5 X 3-3/4 Very Vanilla, 4-3/8 X 3-1/8 Fluid 100 Watercolor Paper, 4-1/4 X 3 Poppy

Apple Harvest Lacing Cards These apple printable lacing cards are a great way to work on hand-eye coordination with your preschooler/kindergartener. Each lace card is a picture of something you'd see at an apple orchard. This is great for at-home practice with your younger kids as well. You can use this set to practice lacing, which will really help when they start tieing their shoes! What do you get? - 8 lace cards PDF & Terms of Use (Each lacing card has an image of an: apple tree, basket, green apple, red apple, yellow apple, wagon, inside an apple, and a pie) Is this for me? -This is perfect motor skill practice for your kindergarten/preschool class! Great way to help kids practice dexterity as they weave their laces in and out of the holes. As an added bonus these lacing cards would pair nicely with an "apple" or "Fall" theme. Do you have any field trips for apple picking soon? Topics on Johnny Appleseed? Features - For best results I recommend printing these lacing cards on cardstock paper, hole punching it, and laminating the lace card. - Teachers/parents will need to hole punch the holes. You will need to add some yarn, my suggestion is to tape the ends so they go through the holes a little easier. No one likes when a child gets frustrated. REMINDER: This is a DIGITAL download only. Tossed with a warming apple cider vinaigrette...healthy, simple, and so delicious!
With teacher appreciation week last week I had one last fun treat to send to all my kids teachers. I picked up a bunch of fun pens at a local craft show. I have a couple of these pens myself I just love them! They make amazing teacher gifts. Here's the shop I got them from. These boxes came together super quick, which was good because I think I made 18 of them. Lots of fun pencils and pens will fit in here. I used two stamp sets for this project. The new Everyday Thanks Set for the pencil. I'm in LOVE with this sweet pencil. I also used the Apple Harvest Set for the apple. Make sure to snag the Apple Blossom Dies that coordinate with this set. They're available while supplies last on the Clearance Rack. I color my images with Stampin' Blends, colors all listed below. For a fun look I heat embossed the greeting from the Something Fancy Set in White Embossing Powder on Black Cardstock. To make the box, you'll need a piece of cardstock that is 11" x 3". On the long side score at 6" and 6 1/2" On the short side score at 1/2" each side DSP 41/4" x 1 3/4" Glimmer and DSP 2" x 1/2" Cut the small tabs on the sides and fold up. The shorter side is the front. Once the box is adhered you can trim to top sides at an angle. I have a full supply list below, you can shop for these products in my Online Store. This product is an editable PowerPoint file with 14 different pages of 4 task cards per page. Just choose your favorite font and color and begin typing. This file is also easy to use as a template in Google Slides™ by uploading it to your Google Drive™. You can also add your own graphics to personalize them even more. Just a note...My printer does not allow me to print all the way to the edge of a piece of paper, so unless yours does, some white border is to be expected. Due to the flattening of the images to secure the artist's images, you must print in color instead of black and white.
