What Teachers Are Saying About These Figurative Language Bell Ringers: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I use a lot of different things for bellwork/bell ringers. I switch out every five weeks or so with skills that range from vocabulary, writing strategy reviews, grammar, and different literature skills. My students cannot wait until we rotate back to this. It's fun and it reviews figurative language that we sometimes don't have time to in our normal class time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I introduced these into our daily bell work routine about 2 months before state testing. These were great practice to help students review figurative language and how to identify it in a passage. I will definitely use them next year as well. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My students became really good at identifying the different types of figurative language in the passages. And the passages are highly engaging. Love this so much I'm using it again this year!
