I’m one of those weird people who actually likes to give talks, but I realize not everyone is as strange as I am. Not many churches besides ours let lay members talk in front of the congregation, and the prospect can be nerve racking, intimidating, and downright scary. It gets even worse if you are unprepared. Yes, the Spirit can inspire you, but not if you haven’t spent time and energy preparing. And remember, “If ye are prepared ye shall not fear” (Doctrine and Covenants 38:30).

This year was the Winter Olympics so I wanted to incorporate it into my Seminary class, but I think that you could play this game at any time. Zap is a fun game where you ask the students questions and when they answer they get a point and then pick a zap card from the board. Categories (GOAT, lit, cringe, shook, sus, bruh) using slang words hopefully teenagers will appreciate, lol. POWERPOINT (with animations) and PDF for both... you decide if you want to use a computer or have the physical questions taped up to a wall or board. You'll want to print the correct answer key so you have a hard copy to help! 6 Categories with 6 questions each. As point value increase, questions get harder and content covers the whole Book of Mormon. Suggestion: have scriptures handy so players can look up answers they don't know.

This list was obtained from a blog post over at Gently Hew Stone. The first impression I got was to scrutinize the list but it appears that these were very wisely chosen. I did something similar back in the mission field where I created a pamphlet that summarized each book in the Book of Mormon.
So I've seen posts like this a lot on Pinterest lately and have really enjoyed reading talks others have suggested they always add to my scripture study. I love love love conference talks they always give me the added strength I need. I thought I would pay it forward and add my own ten favorite talks. They're in no particular order, I like them all too much to rate them in order!
