Alhamdulillaah .... kelar sudah membuat image cara tata urutan dalam merakit Power Amplifier menggunakan IC TDA 2050, atau bisa juga diganti dengan TDA 2030. Sebagaimana tertera pada judul posting diatas, Power Amplifier ini bisa juga disulap menjadi Amplifier Sub Woofer, hanya dengan menambah satu komponen (milar/capasitor) saja pada bagian inputnya. Tapi sebelum membahas sub woofer yang beberapa tahun terakhir ini tengah booming, mari kita bersabar dulu, karena harus di awali oleh proses perakitan Jenis Amplifier biasa terlebih dahulu. Heheheheh.... pastinya puyeng donk liat gambar seperti diatas itu, gak jelas gituh, ya iya lah orang itu gambar cuma untuk thumbnail posting saja dan dibuat kecil agar tidak mengganggu loading home page blog. Tapi setidaknya dari gambar tersebut pasti membuat pembaca langsung berkesimpulan, "Waoooooh, TDA2050 atau TDA2030 ternyata cukup mudah di rangkai sendiri, bahkan oleh pemula sekalipun". Bagi yang masih penasaran dan ingin mengikuti step by step .... ini kebiasaan guruKATRO suka merinci langkah demi langkah dengan tujuan agar bisa lebih mempermudah proses perakitan bagi rekan rekan pemula. 1. Ambil dulu tuh TDA 2050 atau TDA 2030, pasang saja pada PCB bolong bolong (heheheh ... menggunakan pcb bolong bolong adalah kebiasaan jelek guruKATRO yang hingga kini belum bisa ditinggalkan) kaki 1 dapat tugas sebagai input, saring dengan elko 1µF dengan posisi kaki + pada kaki 1 TDA 2050 dan kaki - untuk input audio dari MP3Player. Pasang juga dari kaki 1 (ada juga yang pasang dari kaki input sesudah elko), satu resistor dengan impedansi 22KΩ (merah-merah-jingga) menuju ground (0) seperti ini kayaknya 2. Bila urusan kaki 1 sudah kelar, berikutnya kita urusi kaki 2 pasang dari kaki 2 IC TDA 2050 Resistor 560Ω seri dengan elko 22µF menuju GND pasang pula dari kaki 2 itu resistor 22KΩ menuju kaki 4 IC TDA 2050, katanya ini berfungsi sebagai feedback, karena kaki 4 itu akan ditugaskan sebagai output audio menuju speaker. heheheh .... itu pada gambar guruKATRO lupa pakai resistor yang 680Ω, gak sengaja, padahal pada keterangannya 560Ω. maklum matatua, tapi gak papa juga, itu bisa menjadi solusi bagi oknum yang suka kualitas audio dengan type treble lebih lembut. 3. Lanjutkan dengan merangkai kaki 4 dulu, biarkan kaki 3 nanti dibahas bersama kaki 5 ya! kaki 4 yang nyata nyata akan ditugasi sebagai pengeluar audio menuju speaker, sebelum audio keluar, beri resistor antara 1Ω hingga 3Ω (pada contoh menggunakan 2,2Ω) dan dipasang seri dengan kapasitor ukuran 470nF (474) atau elko 0,47µF menuju GND, hanya saja bila elko bipolar, maka pemasangannya tidak boleh terbalik. setelah resistor dan kapasitor terpasang, berarti kaki 4 sudah siap menjalankan tugas. 4. Berikutnya, sekaligus membahas 2 kaki, yaitu kaki 3 dan kaki 5 kaki 3 diberi tegangan - kaki 5 diberi tegangan + jangan lupa pasang elko antara 220µF hingga 1000µF masing masing dari + menuju GND dan dari - menuju GND pula. Sebab IC ini dibuat menggunakan pola tegangan simetris. Jadi sumber tegangan juga harus yang simetris (V+ CT V-) walaupun telinga guruKATRO belum mampu membedakan efeknya (maklum disini alatnya hanya mengandalkan telinga saja), tapi katanya itu berpengaruh untuk menepis interverensi nada tinggi, jadi pasang juga secara paralel dengan elko masing masing satu buah kapasitor 100nF (104) Dengan demikian selesai sudah, proses perakita Amplifier menggunakan IC TDA 2050 atau TDA 2030 (skema sama saja), hanya beda kualitas dan kekuatan saja. Eh ada janji yang belum ditepati yah 5. Bila ingin Amplifier ini dibuat Sub Woofer, silakan pasang (jumper) satu kapasitor ukuran antara 220nF (2240 hingga 470nF (474), bisa langsung pada kaki input. atau bagus juga bila dipasang resistor 10K dulu sebelum masuk kaki negatif elko 1µF. jadu urutannya Kaki 1 IC kemudian elko 1µF kemudian R 10K kemudian kaki input, pada kaki input itulah dipasang jumper Capasitor. Pemasangan jumper capasitor ini juga berlaku untuk rekan rekan yang menggunakan power amplifier TDA 2050/2030 dengan membeli kit yang sudah jadi dan banyak di jual di toko toko spare part elektronik. tentunya sebelum itu harus pula didukung oleh driver sub woofer, seperti YANG ADA DISINI atau DISINI BISA JUGA 6. Tambahan juga biar lebih aman, cobalah pasang dua dioda silicon dari kaki speaker masing masing menuju kaki + dan kaki - Biar speaker lebih aman lagi bisa coba dengan ukuran dioda yang lebih besar lagi. (opsional) NB : Hati hati selama merangkai, IC ini sangat pekat terhadap korsluit, sedikit salah langkah saja, bisa koit itu IC. Bila ingin benar benar aman (speaker + IC), pasang ELKO 1000µF sebelum masuk speaker, walau ini seperti bertentangan dengan aturan para pakar, tapi lagi lagi telinga guruKATRO tidak merasakan perbedaan kualitasnya. Ini bisa anda coba, bila kualitas telinga anda sama dengan guruKATRO, bisa dilanjutkan, tapi bila telinga anda lebih peka dari guruKATRO, anda boleh melepas kembali itu ELKO 1000µF yang menuju speaker. Batas minimal tegangan ELKO harus diatas 18 Volt, usahakan yang 50v saja. =========================== UPDATE Untuk rekan FauzyMuliaMakmur BTL twin TDA 2050 1. BTL Versi beberapa Montir IC pertama, sama persis skemanya dengan yang 1 biasa - elko tegangan tidak digambar karena sama saja dengan yang diatas. - kawat menuju kaki 3 (-) usahakan yang besar IC kedua : - 1uF dari input di alihkan Ke GND - dari output (speaker) dipasang resistor ukuran antara 22K hinnga 100K (contoh diatas 47K), menuju kaki 1 (input) IC pertama - bila ada yang kurang jelas/keliru, silakan di konfirmasikan - sementara sekian dulu Update !!!! Bila BTL TDA2050 itu akan dijadikan amplifier khusus sub-woofer, maka tinggal menambah dua resistor dan satu kondensator saja pada bagian inputnya, dua resistor dipasang secara seri dan satu kondensator untuk jumper dari sambungan seri kedua resistor tersebut menuju GND, pemasangan dalam gambar seperti ini : Ukuran Resistor antara 22K hingga 47K, silakan sesuaikan dengan kualitas sub woofer yang anda inginkan. Ukuran kondensator antara 104 hingga 224 2. BTL versi Skema Pabrik Bila masih ingin lebih dalam lagi silakan coba dengan satu tingkat lagi, yaitu dengan tiga buah resistor disambung seri dan tentunya dua buah kondensator. Sub15The Sub15 is an extremely powerful subwoofer capable of extending the frequency range of main and midfield monitors down to 20Hz. The sturdy 15" woofer is made of an exceptionally rigid aluminum membrane and is driven by two powerful magnets and a 100mm voice coil. With 1000 Watts (RMS) power capability, the PWM amplifier has an efficiency factor of nearly 90%. With these performance features, the Sub15 is easily capable of handling critical musical passages with intense and sudden bass peaks without showing signs of distortion or overheating. The downward firing bass port has been specially designed with ample dimensions and rounded edges to cancel any port noise. In order to adjust the sound of the Sub15 to different room situations or individual taste, we have implemented several controls including one for volume (-60dB to +6dB) and one for the crossover frequency (50Hz - 150Hz). The satellite speakers can either be driven full range or high pass filtered at 85Hz. This allows the Sub15 to be easily integrated into a Dolby surround setup. Unfavorable phase relationships between the satellites and the subwoofer, particularly in the crossover frequency range, can be easily controlled with the supplied phase reverse switch. The Sub15 is also very flexible when it comes to connectivity: There are balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) input/output connectors to be found on the rear of the subwoofer. The Sub15 combines excellent transient response capability with an impressive low frequency performance to enable a genuinely musical reproduction experience. With a high and undistorted sound pressure output of 120dB maximum SPL at one meter, the Sub15 makes the perfect subwoofer for mid-sized and larger control rooms.
