Questa è la primissima torta che ho fatto, avevo piu' o meno 15 anni, c'erano i dinosauri in giardino e i miei vicini di cognome facevano Flinstone. L'avevo completamente dimenticata,se non fosse stata per Dauliana del blog Cucchiaio e Pentolone sarebbe rimasta sepolta nel labirinto del mio cervello! Un vero peccato,perche' se mettete una ciotola sulla bilancia e vi tenete un cucchiaio a fianco non dovrete sporcare altro, e solo per lei varra' la pena di tenere sempre in casa un pacchetto di amaretti. Ingredienti per una teglia diametro 24/26 200 g di pan grattato, 200 g di amaretti tritati , ma non finissimi (io li metto in una ciotola e li schiaccio con il batticarne) , 200 g di cioccolato fondente, 180 g di zucchero, 2 uova, 1 bustina di lievito per dolci, 125 ml di panna fresca o latte intero o uno yogurt non acido tipo Muller (gia' provate tutte le varianti e viene bene comunque) , 1 bicchierino di Sassolino (o Grappa,Cognac o Rum ), 1 pizzico di sale, zucchero a velo per decorazione finale. Procedimento - Accendere il forno a 180 gradi ,statico. -Ungere e infarinare una teglia, -Mettere una ciotola capiente sulla bilancia e metterci tutti gli ingredienti,potete inserirli mano a mano che li pesate azzerando la tara quando li aggiungete . -Mescolate tutto,dovrete ottenere un impasto cremoso ma non fluido,se occorre aggiungete qualche cucchiaio di latte o panna. -Versare il composto nella teglia e cuocete per 20 minuti,poi abbassate a 170 gradi e continuate la cottura altri 20 minuti. -Lasciarla 15 minuti nel forno spento con sportello socchiuso. Questa torta e' strabuona,e il giorno dopo lo è di piu',coperta con pellicola o una campana si mantiene morbida per almeno 3 giorni (ah ah ah aahh!!..se riuscite a tenerla 3 giorni ,scrivetemi che vi mando una medaglia) , si puo' congelare e scongelata a temperatura ambiente (almeno 3 ore) sembra appena fatta, se preferite fare tortine monoporzione dimezzate i tempi di cottura . ciao! Die italienische Spezialität Amaretti kannst du dir ganz einfach und schnell selber machen! Amaretti sind unglaublich leckere Kekse, aussen knusprig innen soft, ummantelt mit Staubzucker. Mit meinem Rezept kannst du sie dir ganz einfach und schnell selber zubereiten. Die leckeren Mandelmakronen schmecken dezent nach Marzipan und zergehen nur so im Mund. Serviere sie zu einer Tasse Kaffee oder Tee und deine Gäste werden begeistert sein. Die Amarettinis sind auch immer ein wunderbares Geschenk aus der Küche. Hübsch verpackt in einem Säckchen freut sich jeder darüber. Die Zutatenliste ist sehr überschaubar und das Rezept geling sicher. Ich lasse die Kekse für ca. 13 Minuten im Ofen so werden sie innen schön weich. Wenn du sie knuspriger magst lasse sie einfach etwas länger backen.
