Le beau temps tarde à venir et en ce moment, la saveur de la cannelle à l’heure de la pause café n’est pas pour me déplaire. La semaine dernière, en feuilletant un magazine Marmiton , j’ai repéré ce cake aux spéculoos ; c’était idéal pour le goûter de ma tribu, installée bien au chaud, alors qu’au dehors la pluie ne cessait de tomber ! Ce n’est pas la recette du cake du siècle, mais c’est un gâteau facile à réaliser et qui, en cuisant, à merveilleusement parfumé ma cuisine , c’est pourquoi j’ai voulu partager la recette avec vous. Les enfants ont apprécié ce gâteau; quant à moi, n’ayant pas encore récupéré toutes mes facultés en matière de goût, je n’ai pas trouvé la saveur du spéculoos assez présente… mais,de ce fait, je suis mauvais juge ! Cake aux spéculoos:(prép 15 min/cuisson 35 à 40 min ) 100 g de farine 50 g de cassonade 100 g de beurre ramolli 2 œufs 10 cl de lait 1/2 sachet de levure chimique 200 g de spéculoos Pilez les spéculoos en chapelure en les disposant dans un sac de congélation et en les écrasant au rouleau. Vous pouvez aussi faire tremper les biscuits dans le lait et éviter ainsi cette étape.Préchauffez le four à 180°C (Th 6).Séparez les blancs des jaunes d’oeuf. Dans un saladier, versez le beurre et le sucre; fouettez le tout. Incorporez-y les jaunes d’œufs, puis la farine, la levure, le lait et la chapelure de spéculoos. Montez les blancs d’œufs en neige ferme et incorporez-les délicatement à la préparation.Beurrez un moule, versez-y la pâte, et enfournez pendant 35 à 40 min selon les fours. Vérifiez la cuisson à l’aide d’un pic qui doit ressortir sec.Sortez-le du four et laissez reposer 5 min. Démoulez le cake sur une grille et laissez-le complètement refroidir avant de servir. Source: Marmiton Je vous conseille de déguster ce cake le jour-même car il a tendance à se dessécher assez rapidement.
