Ingredientes: Receita do Blog Bem Bons 2 chávenas de Farinha de Trigo 2/3 chávena de Açúcar ½ c. chá de Sal 3/4 chávena de Manteiga fria, em cubos ( cerca de 15 c. sopa) 3 c. sopa de Mel (coloquei 4) + q.b. para pincelar Flor de Sal q.b. (não usei) Preparação: Num processador de alimentos coloque a farinha, o açúcar e o sal. Acrescente os cubos de manteiga fria e pulse algumas vezes até que a massa fique tipo migalhas grossas. Adicione o mel e pulse até formar uma bola de massa. Retire a massa do processador e com as mãos trabalhe um pouco a massa, só o suficiente para que ligue ligada. Envolva a massa em película aderente e leve a refrigerar por cerca de 30 minutos. Findo o tempo, coloque a massa em cima de uma superfície ligeiramente enfarinha e estenda-a até ficar com cerca de 5mm de espessura. Com um cortador de bolachas, corte as bolachas e coloque-as num tabuleiro preparado com papel vegetal. Leve as bolachas ao forno, pré-aquecido a 180ºc, até que os bordos comecem a ficar dourados. Retire do forno e coloque a arrefecer numa rede. Pincelar as bolachas levemente com um pouco de mel morno e polvilhar com a flor de sal (eu não usei a flor de sal). Nota: para criar o efeito de favo de mel, na altura de estender a massa coloquei em cima uma folha de filme plástico de bolhas de ar.
