人 ~ 往往只会看见他人表面的美好, 而忽略了身边的他和他们。 人 ~ 总是会放大别人的缺点和错误,而忘了自己也有缺点会犯错。 下班回家就只有一个到一半小时的时间煮晚餐, 所以依玛密的晚餐通常都得准备些快,简易的。有汤水孩子也比较容易下饭,这是依哥弟俩都满喜欢的汤而且有很有营养。为什么叫ABC汤呢? 从小妈妈煲这汤都会叫这是ABC汤, 因为这汤有很多Vitaman A, Vitamin B, Vitamin C ~ ~ ~ 哈哈 ~ 想念妈妈的味道。 这两天天气都是阴阴的雨天, 回到家有热腾腾的饭和汤暖暖胃, 也是件幸福的事。这汤清清甜甜的, 不需要加入任何的味精就很好喝。 材料: 玉蜀黍 1条 马铃薯 1粒 红萝卜 1条 番茄 2粒 水 1L 盐 适量 做法: 1. 将玉蜀黍切成4段或者将它一粒粒拔出来,马铃薯和红萝卜切块(大小随意)。 2. 煲少许热水, 洗净的番茄尾端切画个"十", 将番茄放入锅里, 待番茄皮稍微浮起将番茄拨皮切四块, 待用。 3. 将1L的水煮开, 加入玉蜀黍以中小火煲10分钟, 加入马铃薯和红萝卜再以中小火煲20分钟, 加入起皮番茄。 4. 以小火煲多20分钟, 加入适量的盐。 这样就完成了~ ~
