Do not ask your children to strive for extraordinary lives. Such striving may seem admirable, but it is the way of foolishness. William Martin Quotes.
Hi there, long time no see! I'll get to my absence in a second, but first off you might notice a few changes on Tiny Bits from Boo. I was ready to give the blog a makeover, and enlisted the help of the incredibly talented Molly Jacques to work with me on a new logo and illustration. What do you think? I couldn't be happier with how it all turned out, and I am especially in love with the Boo Radley illustration. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Molly throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend her if you're looking for someone to collaborate with on a custom design, illustration or lettering. Also, you absolutely must check out more of Molly's work including these fabulous thank you notes, this inspiring print, and love this beautiful return address stamp. Now, where exactly to begin? I couldn't possibly catch ya'll up on the past seven months of life, and where would I even start? I have to admit I missed sharing my bits of inspiration with ya'll. So, what took me so long to get back on the blogging bandwagon? For me, blogging is one of those things where the more you do it, the easier it becomes. And well, if you haven't done it in a while, psyching yourself up to get back at it can be {just a tiny bit} challenging, to say the least. No promises you'll see daily updates, or the same content as before, but I can guarantee that after taking a much needed timeout I'm back reenergized with a new vision for this blog, and hope to share the new vision with ya'll next week. In the meantime, thought I'd pass on a few things I'm loving this week: Conquer your fear and learn to speak confidently in front of a crowd with these useful tips you should definitely bookmark for future reference. 15 Reasons Why People Move to NYC...spot-on. Animal souls are just like our souls. They have a purpose, they strive to learn with every life. And yes they go to heaven just like we do. But there is a difference between when a person passes and when a pet passes. People who pass go to the other side where they teach, learn, and they even come back visit from time to time. When your pet passes they stay with you. Almost from the moment they pass until the moment you pass. The loyalty of a pet doesn't end with death, they stay loyal even after. They continue to takes rides with you in the car, sleep with you in your bed, and follow you around the house. Signs that your pet is around -You may think you are hearing them breathe, bark, or meow. -At night you may feel a pressure on your bed, a pressence of them cuddling up to you. -Having that feeling that you are being followed, maybe even a glimpse of something following behind you at your feet. -And of course they will visit you in your dreams. And no this doesn't only happen with cats and dogs. In fact when I have done readings I have seen birds and even horses. Yes your heard me right, all of the sudden during a reading I had a big horse standing in front me of. Pets that you love are still with you. Animals are so truly pure and special, and the love they have for their family is so deep. Never question whether your pet has stayed with you, of course they have. Their idea of heaven is being with you. So that's what they do, they stay with you until your time comes. They will be there to greet you when you pass from this life. Anything which is a living and not a dying body... will have to be an incarnate will to power, it will strive to grow, spread, seize, become predominant - not from any morality or immorality but because it is living and because life simply is will to power... YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! In a world that focuses so much on outward beauty, I want to remind you what God’s word says about beauty. source Does this verse tell us that we shouldn’t care about our outward beauty, or that we should wear make up or jewelry?
