This mural was painted by Robert Wyland. Wyland has done large whale murals like this all around the nation. This mural depicts bowhead and beluga whales among other creatures. This mural is titled "Alaska's Marine Life" and was dedicated August 8, 1994 as Wyland's 54th mural. Wyland's largest mural happens to be found in my hometown of Long Beach, California on the side of the Long Beach Convention Center. This mural is also recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest mural in the world. That mural stands 1280 feet long by 105 feet high. I do not know the specs for this mural.
