ENGLISH DESCRIPTION The MARTA Jumper is a short, boxy pullover that is knit top down in one piece. The stitches for the neck are cast on with a crochet needle to ensure a stable and aesthetically pleasing neckline. The yoke and the increases start out in rows (to account for the short row shaping along the neck). Later, the increases are worked in the round. Once the yoke is finished, front and back are worked separately up to the armholes where they are joined again to finish the rest of the pullover in the round. The stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the armhole and the sleeves are then knit in the round. This very detailed 12-page pattern includes a technical drawing for the short rows and detailed schematics with all necessary measurements as well as a blank one for you to use for notes and calculations. Fit 1 2 3 – loose Difficulty 1 2 3 - easy (some added difficulty because of the short row shaping when working the shoulder increases) TECHNIQUES Crochet cast-on Knits and purls, decreases, bind-off Right- and left-leaning increases on both the right and wrong side German Short Rows Picking up stitches (sleeves) Video recommendations and photos for step 1 Sizes XS (32/34) S (36/38) M (40/42) L (44/46) XL (48/50) XXL (52) All numbers in the schematics (Annex 1) and in the pattern refer to sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (XXL) To fit actual bust measurement of 74-82 (82-90) 90-98 (98-107) 107-119 (119-131) cm Measurements of finished garment Bust circumference 102 (110) 120 (128) 138 (150) cm; positive ease approx. 24-25 cm Sleeve circumference 41 (42) 45 (47) 50 (54) cm; positive ease approx. 15 cm Neck width 26 (26) 28 (28) 30 (30) cm Jumper width 51 (55) 60 (64) 69 (75) cm Sleeve width 19.5 (20) 21.5 (22.5) 24 (26) cm Sleeve length (including ribbing) 36.5 cm Total length (from the shoulder, including ribbing) 56 (58) 60.5 (63) 66.5 (70,5) cm The model in the picture measures 164 cm and is wearing size S at a bust circumference of 85 cm.

Hello everyone, As you all know recently I had a Creative Team Call... so this will be our last month sharing projects from all of my talented ladies from the team... after that I hope to introduce the final Team. First stop is Marta. Is there a better way to start your weekend than with some mixed media inspiration!? We all know and love Marta's passion for colour and texture. This time is no different. Despite small size of her make she was able to fit much love into her piece! Check this out. Hi my friends! I am delighted to be back to share with you my last make for Finnabair team. I am so honoured for a chance given to be part of this journey... I could not be more grateful for being among so many talented ladies from the team. This was my most creative time of all. Also I wish to THANK YOU so much for your support, for all your kind words which were lifting me up every time I shared my art. I enjoyed making my video tutorials for YOU and showing you my love for mixed media. Today's piece is very special to me. I love creating mini canvases. Small surface could be challenging but very rewarding. I have also prepared some picture tutorial for you. I started my make by covering canvas with 3D matte gel. I added some resist canvases. My next step was to add all different embellishments - metal and wooden pieces mainly. Lastly! Time for colour. Firstly I used mix of white and black gesso. My final colours were added with Mica powders. (Mica powders + soft gel medium = custom made colour paint) I hope you have enjoyed this short tutorial. And here are few more pictures with some close ups. Sending you many creative hugs, Marta xx Products used:
