Ingrédients pour un cake de 22 cm 1 ananas frais 60 gr de farine complète 60 gr de poudre d'amande 60 gr de yaourt grec 2 œufs 5cl d'huile ( j'ai mis de l'huile de pépins de raisin, mais l'huile de coco est parfaite) 30 gr de stévia 1,5 C à C de levure chimique 1/2 C à C de vanille en poudre ou 1 gousse de vanille c'est encore meilleur La recette : - Préchauffer votre four à 180 ° - Éplucher votre ananas , ôter le cœur et découper 2 fines tranches pour tapisser le fond de votre moule à cake , réserver . - Découper 2 autres tranches en très petits dès et réserver . - Mélanger la farine, la poudre d'amande, la vanille et la levure dans un cul de poule . - Séparer les jaunes des blancs de vos œufs , dans un saladier monter les blancs en neige et réserver au frais . - Dans un autre saladier , mettre les jaunes et le stévia et battre pour faire blanchir le mélange, ajouter l'huile, le yaourt et mélanger à nouveau . - A ce mélange, ajouter la préparation farine/amande . La pâte obtenue va un peu s'épaissir . - Incorporer les blancs d’œufs délicatement en plusieurs fois . - Ajouter à la pâte les petits morceaux d'ananas et mélanger délicatement . - Répartir les 2 tranches d'ananas couper en 2 dans le fond de votre moule à cake graissé à l'huile de votre choix . - Verser doucement la pâte sur les rondelles d' ananas - Mettre au four pendant 20/ 25 min . - Laisser refroidir un peu avant de démouler . Vous pouvez déguster ce cake seul ou accompagné du reste de l'ananas .
