Welcome to the Jan 2020 Kre8tor's Blog Hop. You have just landed on For The Love Of Stamping - Tracie St-Louis. This months theme is Sale-A-Bration and Mini Catalog. There are so many amazing products in both catalogs. I love SAB! It is a yearly Stampin' Up! promotion that gives everyone an opportunity to earn free products with a qualifying order. If you don't have a copy yet of the catalogs be sure to use my "Contact Me" form on the left side bar to request one (Cdn residents only). In the meantime you can download them from the right side bar. For my card, I have chosen the Timeless Tropical Bundle (153811) & the Tropical Oasis DSP (151252). Look at all the gorgeous colors in the designer series paper pack! The sheets are 12 x 12 and you get 2 of each in the package. The color pallet consists of all the colors: Real Red, Terracotta Tile, Grapefruit Grove, Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody. Pear Pizzazz, Old Olive, Pool Party, Pretty Peacock & Soft Suede. I designed my card with the gorgeous floral patterned DSP. The base is Cherry Cobbler. I found that it matches really well with the DSP even though it is not one of the colors in the pallet. I have layered the DSP onto Shaded Spruce and popped the layer up on dimesionals. The center layers use the Starburst punch (Daffodil Delight) and White. I stamped the flower in Daffodil and then the greeting in Memento on top of the flowers. I used the In The Tropics dies (151495) to cut a flower and added a Champagne Rhinestone (151193) to the center. This layer was adhered to a strip of white that I stamped the same flower image in Daffodil and then adhered the whole layer with dimensionals to the center of the card. Thank you for stopping by For The Love Of Stamping. I hope you have enjoyed my card. Now hop on over to Alexandra Rauf's blog for more amazing projects. I used the fun Driving By stamp set from Stampin’ Up!’s Sale-a-bration Brochure to create my card to share today.
What a beautifully serene stamp set Oceanfront is and it works perfectly paired with On the Horizon to create a landscape scene.I wanted to create a scene with the three trees as the focal point so that was where I started, stamping in Evening Evergreen. It made sense to stamp the trees first in any case, as the Oceanfront stamps are photopolymer so easier to line up.When stamping the sky and fields I would highly recommend applying your ink using Blending Brushes, too much ink really does spoil
It is Thursday and time for the Create with Connie & Mary Challenge. The sketch seemed perfect to use some of the beautiful Designer Series Paper in the upcoming Sale-A-Bration (January-February 2021)

Get this stamp set FREE when you purchase $50 of Stampin'Up! products subtotal. My card base is Very Vanilla, with a layer of Soft Suede. I stamped the En Francais background stamp with Crumb Cake ink, and the Ferris Wheel and sentiment (both from the FREE Feeling Sentimental stamp set) are inked with Soft Suede. I used Crumb Cake seam binding to finish it off. I am submitting this for the SUO Challenge - New Toys as both stamp sets are new to me! Click here to check it out or add your own challenge entries.
Mornin' folks! Are you ready for a new challenge from SUO Challenges? We're starting off with something easy: Designer's Choice! So as long as your card uses only Stampin' Up! products, you're golden! Here's what I made: I borrowed the layout idea from Mary Fish and went to town with the new Sunshine & Rainbows DSP Stack in the Sale-a-Bration catalog. My sentiment is from Sunny Sentiments and I dug through my stash until I found accessories in colors to match the DSP. Nothing complicated at all about this card, but I love how it turned out! Start your year off right and play along with us over at SUO Challenges. Have fun! Supplies, all SU! Stamps: Sunny Sentiments Ink: Magenta Madness Paper: Pool Party, Magenta Madness, Mango Melody, Thick Basic White, Sunshine & Rainbows DSP Stack Accessories: Layering Circles dies, Dimensionals, Magenta Madness baker's twine from a Paper Pumpkin kit, Tutty Frutti sequins (retired)

Hi everyone, sharing two of the projects the ladies made at last weekend's class. It uses the True Love Designer Series Paper and Peaceful Moments Stamp Set. The flowers were cut from the Designer Series Paper and coloured using Dark and Light Real Red and Dark and Light Old Olive. I will admit that I had a bit of trouble working out which way was up or down with these flowers and after looking at the pictures I think I still got it wrong, especially with the box but the good thing is you can just turn it up the right way. The box is one of the Love You Always Treat Boxes available in the January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue. There is no adhesive required in putting these boxes together and they are perfect for giving a little gift. I love the contract of the black and white in the Designer Series Paper with the pop of red. If you live in Australia you can get all the supplies you need for this project from me. You can place an order online or Contact Me and place an order. SHOP WITH ME! Thank you for visiting. Carolyn Share:facebook - twitter - pinterest True Love
