Verhit 1 el olijfolie in een grote pan met antikleeflaag en bak er de balletjes in gedurende enkele minuten langs beide zijden, te ze een mooi goudbruin korstje hebben. Laat ze uitlekken op wat keukenpapier.Maak de noedelsoep:Zet een grote kookpot op het vuur. Voeg 4 volle eetlepels van de currypasta toe en roerbak een minuut, zodat de aroma’s volop vrijkomen. Voeg de kokosmelk, het water, de sojasaus, de vissaus en het limoensap toe. Breng aan de kook en laat sudderen op een laag vuurtje.Snijd ondertussen de groenten: de broccoli in roosjes, de paprika in dunne reepjes, de champignons in dunne plakjes en de paksoi in dikke repen. Snijd de tenen knoflook in dunne schijfjes.Doe de groenten in de soep. Leg er de noedels bij en dompel ze onder. Zet het deksel op de pot, zet het vuur hoog en laat 6 minuten koken. Voeg de zalmballetjes bij de soep en laat nog 30 seconden koken. Zet het vuur uit. Schep de noedelsoep in kommetjes.
