This vintage faux golden pearl bib necklace is from the 1930s. The golden pearls are very desirable and these pearls have a mixture of round and tear-shaped connected to a gold tone chain. It has the old-fashioned slide-in lock clasp from the 30s with a patent number “3,984,900”. The necklace is 17”. The faux pearls alternate with a single and then a double to the center where the centerpiece is a cluster. The centerpiece is 2-3/4” long. This necklace and its pearls are in excellent condition.

This is part of Chairish’s Costume Jewelry assortment. Czech Y necklace embellished faceted amber colored glass beads. Other embellishments include gold plated filigree beads. Marked Made in Czechoslovakia in tiny lettering on the ring of the closure. We believe this vintage Art Deco style necklace dates the late 1920s or early 1930s. Measures about 19 1/4" inches around the neck and Y drop is 1 3/4" inches long. Condition is excellent overall with only very minor wear to the glass beads under magnification and nice vintage patina to the gold plated metal work. less

An assortment of bangles made of cast Phenolic Resin, a plastic also known as Bakelite or Catalin. Hand made from Bakelite tubes cut, carved and polished and sometimes dyed by artisans. These tubes were about the same height of these stacks. The mix with other materials was common, as seen here with wood and mother-of-pearl. These bangles were in fashion from 1930 to after the war. They all have the standard inner measure of 2 and a half inches.
