This is a vintage French enamel slipper style bed pan in white. This vintage antique item was originally a bed pan; these are now ideal to be repurposed as a garden planters or as flower displays as they have a flat back which sits well against a wall. These are widely collected for use in gardens, they would add a French vintage charm to any outdoor space. This enamel pot could also be used as a storage pot in a kitchen or bathroom. This is an old piece probably dating from between 1930s-1950s so it will show signs of age and wear, as you would expect and all adding to its charm. A fabulous vintage French enamel wall jug in ski blue with a white interior. It is an enamel/douche jug used during the 1930s - 1950s which would have been hung on the wall with a tube and stopper in the bathroom. Now it could be a lovely garden planter as any excess water can drain through the spout (great hung on a wall with trailing flowers or ivy) or perhaps as a kitchen utensil jar, for storing craft items like paint brushes or in the bathroom. They make great string dispensers! The measurements are embossed in the metal. In great vintage condition with a few spots of wear in the enamel, light rust/wear on top edges and a small light sort of raised bubble on the left of the handle surface (see photo 4). There is a chip in the enamel on the top back (photos 6 &7) - nothing distracting. Please see all photographs and video for overall condition. The photos were taken in the sunlight and I have tried to match the colour as best I can in the photographs but might vary slightly depending on the light conditions. Measures approx : 22.5cm high high to highest point above hanging slot Depth - 13cm from back to end of spout. 14cm wide a.cross top The majority of my items are vintage and as such bear the marks and scars of their preloved life! I do my best to photograph and describe them as honestly and accurately as possible. If you have any questions however small please contact me. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase, if not, please contact me and we can arrange a refund.
