USA Made! Please support Local! This is such a fun decoration and prop for your outdoor event or pool party! Yes it floats in the pool!! This prop is huge at nearly 3 foot high! The 16 and base is white, the sweet is available in any color from our color chart. Sweet also has a light dusting of shimmer glitter. We can provide eye hooks that you can use to tether the float either to the sides of the pool or from the bottom. It is not recommended that the float be tethered when the pool is in use unless the tether is visiable to swimmers and this is done at your own risk. If you'd like these please let us know in the notes section There is some light assembly for this item. This is so it can fit into a shippable box. There are holes in the base that you will line up with dowels that we have glued into the bottom of the numbers. Once that is done, the sweet is glued to the numbers. We provide a brand new mini glue gun. You can also further secure the numbers with glue as well. This should not take more than one minute to complete. If you want to tether the float, you will also insert the eye hooks that we will provide.
