John William Waterhouse Echo and Narcissus (1903) 12x8 inch print (reproduction) Echo and Narcissus is a myth from Ovid's Metamorphoses, a Roman mythological epic from the Augustan Age. The introduction of the myth of the mountain nymph Echo into the story of Narcissus, the beautiful youth who rejected Echo and fell in love with his own reflection, appears to have been Ovid's invention. John William Waterhouse RA was an English painter known for working first in the Academic style and for then embracing the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood's style and subject matter. His artworks were known for their depictions of women from both ancient Greek mythology and Arthurian legend. I planned to do several of these 'I Have... Who Has?' Game printables. The first one was Books of the Bible. It has the Old and New Testament books in color or black & white. You can find them here: http://kidsbibledebjackson.blogspot.com/2014/03/i-have-who-has-books-of-bible-game.html This one is the Disciples of Jesus. I think you could use this to review the Disciples, then use the file folder game to review "Who Did What?". You can print the I Have ... Who Has? game review cards here: Click here to print it in Color. Click here to print it in B/W. Here is the same game, but the cards are listed for the Apostles: Click here to print in Color. Click here to print in B/W. I have ______. Who has…? Game Directions Print the cards and cut out. Print on cardstock to save and reuse. Divide them among the students. Begin with the starter card, which is the first card listed in each set. The student will read the ‘Who has...?’ question on their card. The person with the correct answer on their card will answer. “I have!”. They will read the question on their card and the game continues until all the cards are read and answered. If you'd like to see the file folder game mentioned above, click on the picture. It will take you to the post to see and download it. There are also posters available to use for visuals or a bulletin board. Click on the above picture to print this poster of the Disciples. Here is the 12 Disciples Song that I sang growing up.
